In 2024, Heidi co-founded Helping Hearts for Heroes Corp. (HHFH) alongside Kim Spencer and Shana Willis. HHFH is dedicated to providing essential support services to veterans, helping them address the unique challenges they face during their reintegration into civilian society. Through a continuum of care model, the organization promotes stability while ensuring that each veteran maintains their dignity, pride, and independence.
My Story
Heidi Nyvoll was born and raised Norway before relocating to Englewood, FL, in 2012. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, she became the owner of Right at Home, a private duty home care agency, in March 2017. Heidi’s extensive academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master’s in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from the prestigious BI Norwegian School of Management.

Heidi’s leadership experience extends beyond her business; she has served on various boards, including those of multiple companies and a local homeowners association, where her previous office was located. Her passion for serving veterans has been a cornerstone of her career, as she has worked closely with the VA’s long-term care services for several years, collaborating with case managers at the VA Bay Pines Health Care.
